9. PROCLAMATION – RECOGNIZING MS. NANCY McGUIRK
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This Proclamation recognizes the many years of service to the Cheverly Community by Ms. Nancy McGuirk at the CUMC Weekday Nursery.
10. PROCLAMATION – DESIGNATING OCTOBER AS BIKE MONTH IN CHEVERLY
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This Proclamation will designate October as bike month in Cheverly.
11. ADOPTION – 0-4-10 AMENDING THE SPEED HUMP PROCESS
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
The recommended change is to eliminate the need for notification via a newspaper of record. The Town Code currently mandates a newspaper ad along with individual letters to residents and a newsletter notice.
12. ADOPTION R-7 -10 SUPPORTING THE MML REVENUE INITIATIVE
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This item was on a previous Town Meeting and Worksession and calls for the restoration of cuts made to designated revenue sharing with the municipalities. Specifically the Highway User Revenue and the Police Supplement.
